Happy New Year from everyone at Bramble!
We’re grateful for all of the support we’ve received in 2019, and are looking forward to accomplishing even bigger goals this 2020.
One of our focuses as we step into this new year is adding personalised value to the families that have partnered with us under our User Partnership Programme. After observing and making notes from the conversations that parents have with their kids, we go back to our reference materials in order to put together a sheet of individualised comments and tips for parents, based on their specific strengths and areas for improvement. This has been an exciting challenge for us, and we’re happy that it allows us to get to know our Partnership Programme parents better too.
To learn more about our User Partnership Programme and how you can start receiving customised comments on your conversations, drop us a message so we can get in touch!
The Bramble team has also been developing new ways of understanding the conversations we want to change. As we have the privilege of meeting more families, hearing about their unique needs, and having a sneak peak into the ways that they communicate, we’ve taken a step back to ask ourselves again: What are parents and kids looking for in their conversations? What are we looking for? How can we measure these expectations, and what tools do we need to reach them?
In order to answer these questions, we’ve been reviewing and discussing the footage of our Bramble sessions to identify common patterns of communication and how they affect parent-child communication.
Last but certainly not least, we’ve been tinkering tirelessly under the hood to improve our app. You can find the latest version of Bramble on the App Store and Google Play right now, complete with a brand new set of game rules, updated posturing messages to help you get into the right frame of mind for your conversation, and improved cards to provide you with more guidance and options. We’re currently working on even bigger changes to the app, including educational modules for parents, and features that support your personalised goal-setting.
Wishing everyone a healthy and joyful year ahead! We can’t wait to share everything we’ve been working on.
